My Finland Exhibition is on Show

The exhibition has been framed, arranged and hung. Jaana’s incredible organising over the last 18 months has been wonderful! The staff from Valamo (Rami, Marti, Karl and Aila) have been so helpful, organising everything for the workshop at the same time. We are really spoilt as we usually have to do everything ourselves. The workshop stars tomorrow afternoon with an introduction and tour around the grounds. Very civilised!
I will add that we can eat in the lovely dining/cafe free throughout the workshop, this includes all meals. There will be pics of food!!
The exhibition opening is on Tuesday afternoon but tonight we may watch the Eurovision spectacle on TV. Maybe. Anyway we have some Valamo champagne for celebrating an unlikely win by Finland. We will drink the champers anyway! Pic of Helen documenting the exhibition. There is a religious component, of course, with many religious paintings hanging in the exhibition space too.

  2. Great to see your work hanging Helen! Enjoy tomorrow! About Eurovision! Go the Fins! Observed them in action with school support last night Brisbane time! Won’t manage final… off to Mackay early in the morning training social media! Have been pinning some nice things off Pinterest today! Glorious day on Coochi! x

    1. Thanks Anne. We managed to watch a few songs before falling asleep. Unsurprised to hear the bearded lady won. She/he certainly has wow factor! For more pics keep an eye on Facebook at Jaana Llonroos as she is our paparazzi photographer – catches us whenever she can! Happy Mothers Day!

  3. How superbly orgasmic- I hope!!!! This is what it has been all about n’est pas? Enjoying travelling with you still. I have Ben and Tarina living with me at present, am loving it and it seems ok for them. They are “between houses” and the market looks like going down so there is no hurry. I am loving it, will find it tough for a while when they go, but that will be ok. Their two cats were totally freaked out in the beginning but are steadily starting to take over the house now. Still have not been outside at all. Off to a concert in the Darlington Hall this afternoon…so nice not to have to go down town. Love to you both. Anna.
